Muscle mass growth

We have been working with Sarantis for 9 months, and he has lost 17 kilograms while simultaneously increasing his muscle mass. Throughout our collaboration, the trainee travels abroad at regular intervals. In the left photo, he weighs 116 kg and consumes (3000 calories/day), while in the right, he weighs 99 kg and consumes (3200 calories/day).
